Home Rental Pet Policy


Our policy is meticulously crafted to provide a safe environment for both you and your cherished pets. The majority of our properties are pet-friendly, which will always be explicitly highlighted in the property listing. Should you have any inquiries or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out.



PET FEES



There is a one-time pet fee of $275 for the first pet, with an additional $100 for a second animal. Monthly pet rent stands at $30 per animal.


 

PET REQUIREMENTS


  • Your renters' insurance must explicitly cover your dog's breed. As proof, we require a copy of your insurance policy that clearly indicates your breed is covered.
  • Before we can proceed with your application, we'll need documentation from your veterinarian verifying your pet's breed and confirming that all vaccinations are up-to-date.
  • All pets must weigh under 40 lbs and exhibit non-aggressive behavior towards both humans and other animals. They should not bark excessively, causing a disturbance to others, nor have any history of damaging property. We will validate this information with prior landlords and your provided references.
  • We understand that everyone needs a break once in a while. If you're planning a vacation and your pet can't accompany you, they must either be cared for by a full-time pet sitter or temporarily housed at a boarding facility. If you're intending to have a house sitter during an extended absence, please notify your property manager beforehand.
  • As part of the application process, we'll arrange a time for you to bring your pet to the property, ensuring it's a comfortable fit for them. Our goal is to ensure everyone, including your furry friends, feels at home.
  • For our current clients thinking of adopting an additional pet, please note that the same requirements apply. This is to consistently maintain a safe environment for all our residents.
